Proposed changes to CHADAHS Rules

Current:

3. Membership: Membership shall be open to...The membership Fee shall be £1 per annum...

Change to:

3. Membership: Membership shall be open to...The membership Fee shall be £2 per annum...

Current:

4. The business of the Society shall be conducted by a President, Vice-Presidents, Chairman and Vice-Chairman, Hon. Secretary and Assistant Secretary, Hon. Treasurer, shed secretary and a committee of eight (four from Alexander Park site and four from Shepherd’s Hill site to provide a balance on both sites).

Change to:

4. The business of the Society shall be conducted by a President, Vice-Presidents, Chair and Vice-Chair, Hon. Secretary and Assistant Secretary, Hon. Treasurer, two Shed Secretaries and a committee of eight. The committee should reasonably represent plotholders from the Alexandra Palace and Shepherd’s Hill sites).

These changes will be discussed and voted on at the AGM (to be held at 7.45 pm Fri 10 Feb at the Moravian Church Hall, N8).
